2020年4月26日，安徽省环境监察局、阜阳市环境监察支队和颍东区环境监察大队执法人员对阜阳鼎胜新型建材有限公司进行现场检查，发现该公司烟气自动监测设备烟尘仪接受镜片上贴有黑色绝缘胶布。执法人员调阅该公司自动监控历史数据发现，工控机界面显示4月26日12时36分前，颗粒物浓度自动监测数据（实测值）始终保持在2.0mg/m3以下，1756-RM    冗余模块12时37分为7.56 mg/m3，12时38分后始终保持在13mg/m3以上。经调查，确定该公司为逃避监管干扰自动监测设备而故意粘贴黑色绝缘胶布，并于检查当日12时36分将其揭除，导致自动监测数据失真。

该公司上述行为违反了《中华人民共和国环境保护法》第四十二条第四款和《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》第二十条第二款的规定，阜阳市颍东区生态环境分局根据《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》第九十九条第（三）项的规定，责令该公司改正上述环境违法行为、停产整治，并处罚款10万元；根据《中华人民共和国环境保护法》第六十三条第（三）项和《行政主管部门移送适用行政拘留环境违法案件暂行办法》第六条第（四）项的规定将该案件移送公安机关，1756-RM    冗余模块对该公司法定代表人行政拘留10日。

The Allen-Bradley 1756-RM is a ControlLogix redundancy module. This module can only be used with the ControlLogix platform for controller redundancy. It manages the connection of two (2) identical controllers installed in the same rack with the same components and configuration. It provides redundant system monitoring as well as module health via embedded LED displays such as PRI, COM and OK. The 1756-RM has been released as Series A and Series B. The series is basic. is an enhanced version of the previous series, however, 1756-RM with different series can coexist in one redundant configuration. It is highly recommended to install the same series for maximum operability of redundant settings. When used with the same series of redundancy modules, speeds of up to 100 Mbps can be achieved. The 1756-RM comes with one (1) singlemode LC fiber optic connector. It requires the use of 1756-RMCx redundant cables to synchronize the operation of redundant controller pairs. This controller can be configured using redundancy configuration I and the Studio 5000Logix designer to configure the overall parameters of the module. This module is compatible with 1756-A4, 1756-A7. 1756-A10, 1756-A13, 1756-A17 ControlLogix chassis, 1756-PA72, 1756-PA75, 1756-PB72, 1756-PB75 standard power supplies and 1756-PA75R, 1756-PB75R, 1756-PSCA2 redundant power supplies. It is a single-slot module that can be installed into any available slot in the chassis. The redundant pair must have the same configuration as the partner chassis. The 1756-RM has a current consumption of 4.1 mA at 2 VDC, 5.1 mA at 1.2 VDC and 24 mA at 120VDC operation. The 1756-RM redundancy module consumes 2 amps at 4.1 VDC, 5.1 amps at 1.2 VDC and 24 amps at 120 VDC. The unit is installed in the chassis and can be installed in any slot. The 1756-RM module consumes 9 watts and dissipates heat at 31 BTU per hour. This ContolLonix comes with an open housing with a T4 temperature code. Regarding the physical characteristics of the module, it weighs about 0.29 kg or 0.64 pounds and has a small size. The 1756-RM module has an operating temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius (32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit) and can be stored in the temperature range of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius (-40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit). The unit is manufactured according to several industry standards, including certification to CE, CSA, Ex, C-Tick and C-UL-US standards.
