DS200TCPDG2B is a power distribution board developed by General Electric. Fuses, LEDs and distribution connectors, as well as cables, are rated at 125 VDC and are located in the PD core of the MKV panel. The board has 8 toggle switches, 36 fuses and 4 signal line terminals, as well as 36 OK LEDs and 1 10-pin connector.

The fuse on this plate is packed in a black plastic container that blocks the view of the internal fuse. The housing also protects the fuse from damage. The board is equipped with 36 green OK LEDs to indicate that the fuse is working properly. When replacing a fuse, make sure that the type and rating of the fuse used is exactly the same as the one being replaced. All the installer has to do is connect the same wires to the same terminals on the replacement board. Mark each wire with the ID of the terminal to which it is connected. Use labels that don't fall off easily.

The wires are fixed in the terminals with screws. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw and release the signal cable. Do the same for all signal lines connected to the terminals. When you are ready to install the signal cable, first loosen the screw to open the terminal. Then, insert the wire and tighten the screws. Gently pull the signal cable to test if it is secure.
