3500/05-01-02-00-00-00是本特利内华达制造的系统机架，是机械状态监测系统中使用的3500/05系列的一部分。所有 3500 显示器模块和机架电源都安装在本特利内华达 3500/05 系统机架中。它使 3500 个模块能够相互交互，电源也可以根据需要为每个模块分配电力。

3500/05-01-02-00-00-00 特点

机架尺寸

有两种尺寸的 3500 机架可用：

1. 全尺寸机架：19 英寸 EIA 机架，提供 14 个模块插槽
2. 迷你机架：12 英寸机架，提供 7 个模块插槽

面板安装

• 这种机架样式连接到面板上的矩形切口，带有机架随附的夹子。
• 您可以从机架背面访问接线连接和 I/O 模块。

机架安装

• 3500 机架安装在此机架类型的 19 英寸 EIA 导轨上。
• 您可以从机架背面访问接线连接和 I/O 模块。

隔板安装

• 当对机架背面的访问受到限制时，此机架类型将机架靠墙或面板放置。您可以从机架的正面访问接线连接和 I/O 模块。此格式不支持 3500/05 迷你机架。
• 机架接口模块和电源必须安装在左侧的机架位置。模块的任意组合可用于其余 14 个机架位置（迷你机架的 7 个机架位置）。

1.变压器损耗增加。变压器一般根据额定容量设计，运行平衡点在67%左右。当变压器负载超过额定容量时，变压器的铜损失会继续增加，增加变压器的损耗。

2.当变压器的输出电压超过变压器的额定容量时，变压器的二次输出电压降低，当输出电流达到短路电流时，电压降至0.

3.变压器的使用寿命会降低。变压器的绕组主要由绝缘材料制成，需要足够高的耐热性。如果温度过高，绝缘材料会加剧老化。而且变压器长期过载运行，会使变压器温度过高，严重时还会导致变压器燃烧。3500/05-01-02-00-00-00   系统机架变压器能过载吗？答案是肯定的。正常情况下，变压器可以在可承受的负载值内短时间运行，但此时间周期不宜过长。如果长期急救负载运行，变压器的使用寿命会不同程度地缩短，这种运行方式应尽量减少。紧急情况下必须超负荷运行时，还应尽量减少超额定电流运行时间，降低超额定电流倍数。需及时替换正常额定值变压器使用。

那么变压器在什么情况下过载运行是正常的呢？在平均老化率较小的情况下，变压器可以在短时间内超额定电流运行。出现以下情况时，不能超负荷运行。当变压器出现严重缺陷或绝缘弱点时3500/05-01-02-00-00-00   系统机架，变压器不应超过额定电流。应立即更换正常的额定值变压器，因为当此类问题发生时，变压器已经出现故障，此时如果超载运行，会增加变压器故障造成的安全风险。

Rack size
There are two sizes of 3500 racks available:

Panel installation
This rack style is connected to a rectangular cut on the panel, with clips included with the rack.
You can access wiring connections and I/O modules from the back of the rack.
Rack installation
The 3500 rack is installed on 19 inch EIA rails of this rack type.
You can access wiring connections and I/O modules from the back of the rack.
Partition installation
When access to the back of the rack is restricted, this rack type places the rack against a wall or panel. You can access the wiring connections and I/O modules from the front of the rack. This format does not support 3500/05 mini racks.
The rack interface module and power supply must be installed in the leftmost rack position. Any combination of modules can be used for the remaining 14 rack positions (7 rack positions for mini racks).
