箱变测控通信系统由主控室及发电区户外房箱变测控装置组成。在主控室配置讯记工业以太网交换机CRS7228M-16GTX8GC，在各区域发电区户外房箱变测控装置配置CK7220M-16GTX4SFP工业以太网交换机组成千兆冗余自愈光纤环网，与其他箱变测控装置配置的工业以太网交换机组环，引出的网口可以接摄像头、环境检测仪等设备，1794-IE8   模拟输入模块 引出的串口可以直接接RS-485/RS-232设备。讯记自主研发的CK-Ring环网技术，能够在传输介质发生故障时自动恢复，环网自愈时间小于20mS,可以工业以太网交换机为媒介实现通过大屏显示在远方对箱变进行监测和控制，从而减少了现场维护的工作量以及由此带来的人身安全隐患。

 风电场内的风机与升压站之间的距离一般较远，为了降低电能传输过程中的损耗，风电场内的风机就需要就地配置10kV风电箱变，把风机输出的电能先进行升压，然后再汇流到110kV 升压站侧输送到主网系统。箱变测控系统能解决因箱变距离监控室远且分散不易管理的问题，升压站系统无法实现对箱变监视和控制的问题。1794-IE8   模拟输入模块箱变测控装置融合了通信管理机、工业以太网光纤交换机和完善的箱变测控保护功能于一体。每个发电区一般由30个户外房或者风机组成，与之对应30个箱变，分为三个环网，每个环网约10台箱变，与中控室交换机组成光纤环网，确保网络通信的稳定性和安全性。
