8100-8 主机架一、Tricon的特点
为了保证在任何时候系统都有高的完整性,TRICON-sis系统有如下特点:
备有三重组合式冗余结构,三个完全相同的系统分支的每-个都能独立地执行控制程序。而且备有专用的硬件/软件机制，可对输入和输出进行"表决"。能耐受严酷的工业环境。能够现场安装可以在控制器在线使用状态下进行模件- -级的修理 工作。I/0模件的更换不会打乱现场布线。能支持多达118个I/0模件(模拟的和数字的)和选装的通讯模件,该模件可以与Modbus主机和从属机连接或者和FoxboroHoneyell分布控制系统(DCS)、其它在Peer-to- Peer网络内的各个TRICON、以及在802.3网络上的外部主机相连接。
一备有组合的支持,可以支持位于远离主机架2公里(1.2英里)以内的远距I/0模件。
一可以执行控制程序，该程 序按继电器梯级逻辑写成并由-独立的称作TRISTATION的工作站进行演变和调试。

1、 Characteristics of Tricon
In order to ensure high system integrity at all times, the TRICON sis system has the following characteristics:
Equipped with a triple modular redundant structure, each of the three identical system branches can independently execute control programs. And it is equipped with dedicated hardware/software mechanisms that can "vote" on inputs and outputs. Can withstand harsh industrial environments. Can be installed on-site and perform module level repair work while the controller is in online use. The replacement of the I/O module will not disrupt the on-site wiring. It can support up to 118 I/O modules (analog and digital) and optional communication modules, which can be connected to Modbus hosts and slaves, FoxboroHoneyell distributed control systems (DCS), other TRICONs within the Peer to Peer network, and external hosts on the 802.3 network.
A combination of supports can support remote I/O modules located within 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) away from the main frame.
One can execute a control program, which is written according to relay cascade logic and is evolved and debugged by an independent workstation called TRISTATION.
-Intelligent functions are equipped within the input and output modules to reduce the workload of the main processor. Each I/O module has three microprocessors. The microprocessor of the input module filters and demodulates the input, and diagnoses the module Hardware failure on. The output module microprocessor provides information for the voting of output data to check the loopback data from the output terminal, so that the output can be finally effective and diagnose on-site circuit problems. Provide overall online diagnosis and have adaptive repair capabilities.
-Routine maintenance can be carried out during the normal operation of TRICON without interfering with the controlled process.
-It can support the use of 'hot swappable spare parts'/0 modules at critical times, and can be used in emergency situations where immediate maintenance is not possible.
