It has been optimized for use in non amplified magnetic speed sensors commonly found on rotating equipment such as turbines or compressors. This module senses voltage conversion from magnetic sensor input devices and accumulates (rate measurement) within a selected time window. The generated count is used to generate a frequency or RPM, which is transmitted to the main processor. The pulse count is measured to a resolution of 1 microsecond.
