Each CSLS provides redundant secure logic processing and communication for up to 96 configurable I/O channels- The redundant CSL Ss communicate with up to 15 other CSLSs through a redundant Ethernet security network, providing great flexibility and convenience for system expansion. The electronic grouping using LS-CHARMs (Logic Solver Characterization Module) technology helps reduce complexity and provides very small system sizes. The DeltaV SIS system electronic marshalling provides the flexibility to add I/O anywhere in the factory, without the need for marshalling cabinets, which not only saves space but also reduces engineering design and drawings. If there are new changes, there is no need to redesign or rewire the cabinet. Now, you can adapt to later project changes without adding additional costs or affecting the launch schedule.
