Never need to use a second power supply in the same rack. The power supply is installed in the leftmost position of rack 1 (position 3300). You can order primary voltage operation for 20 to 34 VDC or 90 to 140 VDC inputs, which are converted for use by monitors installed in the rack. The 3300 DC power supply has overvoltage and undervoltage protection circuits, which can turn off the power supply when the input power voltage exceeds the specified range. When the input voltage is within the specified range, it will resume normal operation. In addition, the power supply has fuse protection to prevent polarity reversal of power connections and power inputs greater than 140% of the maximum rated input voltage.
