The 3500/44M is an aviation modified GT vibration monitor designed and developed by Bentley Nevada. The aviation modified gas turbine vibration monitor is a four channel instrument used for aviation modified gas turbines. It continuously monitors the machine by comparing the monitored parameters with the configured alarm settings in order to generate alarms. It transmits important machine data to operation and maintenance personnel. The Aero GT/O module communicates with Velomitor sensors and accelerometers through the Bently Nevada interface module. The monitor communicates with us through Prox/Velom/0. You can use the framework configuration software to configure the Aerodynamic GT vibration monitor for the following filter options: 1X vibration tracking, signal integration, and bandpass vibration.

The GT vibration monitor accepts two independent Keyphasor signals as inputs, allowing each channel to use different tracking filters. Multi mode channels can be configured with up to eight sets of alarm parameters, including alarm and danger settings, as well as alarm time delay. Each group can be customized according to specific machine modes. When the machine changes mode by using contacts on the multi-mode I/O module or software commands through the communication gateway, the monitor can switch to specific settings.
