Discrete inputs can be detected at all commonly used voltage levels found in industrial facilities. FBM207/b/c uses one of several terminal components to match the voltage level of external power supply. In cases where input is crucial for the power plant control scheme, FBM 207/b/c can be installed as a redundant pair and equipped with standard control blocks for managing redundancy.

The FBM207/b/c voltage monitor/contact sensing input module has a function of 16 DC voltage monitors or 16 contact sensors. Each channel receives a 2-wire input from a DC voltage source (FBM207) or from a contact or solid-state switch (FBM207b/FBM207c).
