The V7768 dual slot VME single board computer (SBC), which interfaces with a wide range of real-world external devices, provides system designers with flexibility to cost-effectively adapt to a wide and diverse range of I/O functions while providing excellent processing performance.
Flexibility and ease of use
As the first Abaco Systems company to utilize Intel dual core architecture, the Jiegeng 7768 provides processing speeds of up to 2.16 GHz through the Intel Core 2 dual core processor, Intel 945GME Express chipset, and rich 1/O set. In order to make installation and maintenance easier, the V7768 integrates the EasyRail PMC installation system, which allows for the installation of the PMC palette when only accessible from the exposed "top" side. There is no longer a need to disassemble multiple slot carrier components to access the PMC installation screws, greatly reducing configuration time.
