The industrial Ethernet switch IS420ESWBH3A is part of the Mark Vle security control system designed by General Electric Company. This switch does not have any fiber optic ports, but has 16 copper ports, which are 10/100Base-TX RJ45 ports. The main function of this switch is to serve as a primary Ethernet switch, with its core function being to buffer multicast and broadcast data packets. There should be enough space to allow each port to buffer one packet; If enough incoming streams are sent to the switch, it can only accept one of the multiple streams and buffer the remaining streams for future transmission. There is an LED indicator light on the IS420ESWBH3A switch. There is a power indicator light, and the remaining indicators are activity and link function indicators. When the link indicator light is stable yellow, it indicates that a 10MB link is being used; When it appears stable green, it indicates that a 100 MB link is being used; If no indicator lights up, it means there is no link. The colors of the activity LED are also green and yellow, but they will flash. When the LED flashes green, it indicates that the activity is in full duplex state, and when it flashes yellow, it indicates that the activity is in half duplex state. The IS420ESWBH3A switch can be installed in multiple ways. The switch can be installed parallel or vertically on a d-inch guide rail, or on a panel if needed. Please note that when installing the switch on a DIN rail, different clips are required, namely 259B2451BVP1 and 259B2451BVP4 clips.
