The KorMorgan/Danaher Motion SERVOSTAR CD SynqNet driver is a SynqNet servo driver based on the validated SERVOSTAR CD driver series on site. The power level is the same as the CD, while the control level is a dedicated SynqNet design. CD SynqNet is designed as a torque driver, and the SynqNet controller provides torque commands with high servo update rates. Provide extensive I/O support, including inputs for specific functions such as limit switches, Home and Brake, as well as numerous general-purpose I/O. CD SynqNet provides N-division function, allowing it to be programmed to generate an output pulse for every N driver encoder counter register counts.
SynqNet is a high-performance, fully digital synchronous network designed specifically for multi axis motion control applications. The physical layer of SynqNet is based on IEEE 802.3 standard 100BASE-TX, the physical layer of Ethernet, while the data link and application layer of SynqNet are specifically designed for motion control applications. The 100BASE-TX media system is based on the specifications published in the ANSI TP-PMD physical media standard. The 100BASE-TX system operates through two pairs of wires, one for "receiving" data signals and the other for "sending" data signals.
